I’ve chosen to raise much needed funds for Supertee

In October 2024 our beautiful baby lost his battle with a rare Disease called SCID Severe Combined Immunodeficiency. This condition affects 2 children on average in NSW annually. It is a condition that we had not heard of before our baby and now have learnt the hard realities of this disease. 

During Riley’s hospital stay we came across the Supertee. This garment allowed our sweet boy to remain covered and warm in a fun costume that allowed access to his lines for his medication. Our goal is to raise money to create a shirt in legacy for our beautiful baby and spread awareness around his condition.

The Supertee is a medical garment that inspires imagination. It provides parents and hospital staff with an easier way to change their child while accessing or bypassing medical lines. Supertee aims to bring convenience, comfort, and the wonders of imaginative play to hospitals in Australia and around the world. They want kids to be recognised as the true superheroes they are. 

Supertee is so much more than a t-shirt; it’s a way to comfort children and families when they need it the most.
