Supertee’s Online Fundraising Guidelines

I am aware that I can collect donations through the online fundraising page however, I acknowledge that I cannot commence any other fundraising activities or events until I obtain a Letter of Authority to Fundraise from Fair Fight Foundation Limited t/a Supertee.

I confirm that I am either over the age of eighteen (18) years or have obtained permission from my parent or guardian to fundraise for Supertee. I confirm that I am of sound mind and have the mental capacity to understand and make my own decisions.

I understand that the Supertee will grant authorisation for my fundraising event or activity only when they are satisfied that it aligns with their Community Fundraising Terms & Conditions and does not pose an unacceptable risk to individuals or to Supertee’s (Fair Fight Foundation) reputation.

I commit to ensuring that any fundraising efforts I engage in for the campaign will adhere to Supertee’s Community Fundraising Terms & Conditions and comply with all relevant federal, state, or local laws.

By registering to fundraise for Supertee, I acknowledge that any fundraising event I organise may pose certain risks or hazards related to the activities I intend to organise. I will take all available efforts to minimise the risks of harm or hazards related to these activities.

I consent to waive any current or future claims against Supertee and release Supertee, its representatives, volunteers and anyone Supertee invites to participate in the online fundraising activity from any liability for any losses, damages, or expenses associated with injuries, including death, that I may incur as a result of my participation in or organisation of fundraising activities. This waiver applies regardless of the cause, including negligence, breach of contract, or any violation of statutory or other duties on the part of Supertee. It also includes any failure on the part of Supertee to instruct, warn, or protect me from any and all risks associated with the activities.

I acknowledge that my participation and the activities I undertake are entirely at my discretion, and I have chosen to participate freely, voluntarily, and fully aware of the nature and extent of all associated risks.

I also grant permission to Supertee for the unrestricted use of my name, image, and voice in any broadcasts or any other media, including social media platforms, the website, or other outlets associated with Supertee (Fair Fight Foundation).

I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted the Supertee’s Community Fundraising Terms & Conditions.

Supertee will use your personal information to support your participation, including communication via various platforms such as email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. We may also use your information for remarketing purposes after the campaign and for other purposes explained in our Privacy Policy or as allowed by law. You have the option to unsubscribe or adjust your contact preferences at any time via the respective platform or by contacting Supertee.
